AI features may use third-party models. AI-generated content may not be unique and could resemble existing people or works.
- You must ensure legal compliance before sharing.
- Do not create deceptive impersonations or deepfakes.
- We do not guarantee exclusivity or copyright status.
Public Sharing
Public links may be visible to others. The Company may remove content that violates these Terms.
Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where legally required.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is.” The Company’s liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
